May 9–11 — from 06:00 to 18:00 (MSK): duty managers will be available to assist you.

The office will be closed on these days.

Order shipment and delivery:

• Orders will be shipped from the Moscow warehouse on May 11 via DPD and CDEK transport companies.
• Orders placed via Russian Post will be shipped on May 12.
• Orders from the Novosibirsk and Kazakhstan warehouses will be picked, packed, and shipped on May 12.
• Please check the working hours of pickup points on the websites of the transport companies.
• If you plan to pick up orders from franchise warehouses, please check the working hours by calling the warehouse directly.
