- Shape the Company’s strategy and development tactics.
- Increase products sales and the number of network’s Representatives.
- Monitor compliance with the “Rules and Procedures”, Representation Agreement provisions and Ethical Norms of the Company by Representatives (including members of the Leadership Group). Solve problems concerning any violations.
- Participate actively in organization and carrying out of all events of the Company, on the federal or local level.
- Organize and carry out the Leadership courses – clubs, webinars, business-travels, etc.
