The slimming marathon in Europe will be! The marathon is held in a closed Telegram channel in Russian.

Join GO SLIM – the autumn slimming marathon based on the nutrition strategy and LCHF lifestyle.

 

The training part of GO SLIM starts on November 4.

 

To participate in the marathon, you must purchase the following from October 16 to October 31 (23:59 Moscow time):

• For VILAVI clients: products for a one-time amount of 70€ or more, the purchase must include 2 flavors of the T8 ERA TO GO energy protein mix: T8 ERA TO GO Choco and T8 ERA TO GO Raspberry. Purchases made before October 16, 2024 are not counted.

 

Who is running the marathon:

 

• Larisa Sergeevna Poluyantseva — nutritionist. She will answer your questions about lifestyle, LCHF nutrition, conduct webinars and analyze diets.

 

• Anastasia Vakulina — organizer and curator of the project. She will accept your assignments, be proud of you, help if any difficulties arise. You can also contact her with technical questions.

 

What is included in the marathon participant package:

Important! To receive prizes and gifts, you must be a subscriber to the knowledge channel and the marathon chat.

 

On November 11, we will hold a giveaway among partners who purchased the LCHF PROGRESS set. From all participants, we will select two lucky ones using a randomizer and give each one a set of energy protein cocktails: T8 ERA TO GO Raspberry (1 pc) + T8 ERA TO GO Pear & Chia (1 pc).

 

The giveaway will be published in the recording on the marathon channel and social networks.

Drawing of a cash prize for the Gift Fund:

 

On November 18, we will hold a drawing of a cash prize for the Gift Account among partners who purchased the LCHF PROGRESS set. From all participants, we will select 2 lucky ones using a randomizer and credit them with €11.25 to the Gift Account.

Main prizes of the project:

 

The cash prize is awarded to participants who show the best results in bioimpedance analysis*.

* Bioimpedance analysis is a study of body composition.

 

The analysis allows you to see the effectiveness of your chosen weight loss or muscle building program over a period of time. It can be done at a clinic in your region.

 

Bioimpedance analysis is performed twice during the marathon. The result (screenshot or photo) is sent to the chat.

 

• Initial result – November 4-5, 2024 (23:59 Moscow time)

 

• Final result – November 25-26, 2024 (23:59 Moscow time)

 

The results of bioimpedance analysis are analyzed by LCHF marathon expert Larisa Sergeevna Poluyantseva.

 

Stages of the marathon

 

Purchase of kits and products required for participation – 16.10 – 31.10.2024 (23:59 Moscow time).

 

A few days before the start of the LCHF marathon, we will contact each participant and provide a link to closed Telegram channels (information and communication chat). Links with access will be sent to your Personal Account and by email.

 

From November 4 to 24, 2024 — the educational part of the marathon.

 

• In the information channel for the LCHF marathon, you will receive daily content and tasks. Information from the knowledge channel can be studied at any convenient time. The content is presented in the form of text, visual cards and videos. After the end of the marathon, the materials remain open indefinitely. You can study them at any time convenient for you.

 

• In the LCHF marathon chat, you will be able to ask questions to the curator and expert, send your tasks and results, receive feedback and support during the marathon (from November 4 to November 24, 2024).

 

• From November 25 to November 26, 2024 (23:59 Moscow time) — collection and analysis of the results of participants who are competing for the main prizes of the marathon.

 

• November 27 — summing up the results in the marathon channel and congratulations on the VILAVI social networks.
