A new period – October 2025 – begins with important changes. We are launching the updated version of the VILAVI online store. The updates will apply to both partners and customers – the store will now be unified. These changes will affect all regions.

Direct access to the full version of the Personal Account from the store will be closed after the update. To access the full version of the Personal Account, you will need to go to https://office.vilavi.com/.
Use your login (ID) and password, the same ones used for accessing the store.
The full version of the Personal Account provides detailed information about your structure, motivational programs, current activities, company events, knowledge base, photo bank, and more. We also send important information about events, special offers, promotions, and updates to the full version of the Personal Account.
 

  • Choice of delivery points on the map.

When placing an order, you can now select a pickup point not only from the list but also from a convenient interactive map.
 

  • New level of visualization in the catalog.

Now, to see a product from different angles, you don’t have to go to the product card – simply hover the cursor over the product photo on the home screen.
 

  • Improved search system.

The intuitive navigation and efficient search help you find the product you need quickly in the store.
 

  • “Indestructible Cart.”

Once your cart is formed, it is protected from being reset, even when you exit the store. Come back and continue placing your order at any time.
 

  • Information banners and recommendations on the homepage.

You will be promptly informed about company promotions, new and relevant products, so you can make even more profitable purchases and not miss exciting new products and activities.
 

  • Increased store speed.

The updates reduce the likelihood of delays and errors – you’ll be able to select products and place orders faster.
 

  • Orders can now only be placed in your own region, regions cannot be switched.

The ability to place an order for another representative in your personal group remains only when both partners are registered in the same region.

Simply go to the store and place orders using the usual links – the system will automatically redirect you to the necessary pages.
